DC were commissioned by Buffalo City Metro to undertake the concept design for the redevelopment of Latimars Landing in East London Harbour. The development is intended to be a catalytic project to promote economic growth in East London and the Border region as a whole.
The primary focus of this mixed-use development is to Stimulate economic growth in East London to boost tourism and marine activities, create much needed employment and to modernise and transform East London into a major tourism, retail, and cultural destination.
